Treatment: Manual: Hand collect seed pods during late fall, winter & spring months. Double bag & dispose. Young vines can be removed by hand & discarded.
Chemical - Larger stems are cut at the base 1-3” above the ground & entire stem is treated with herbicide.
Cut stem - 10% solution of Garlon 4 Or Basal Bark - 10% Garlon 4 in oil. Revisit site and hand pull seedlings. (6 oz Garlon 4 to 1/2 gal Impel).
Notes: Rosary pea has been removed along Clay Gully, especially east of the picnic area.
