It’s a time for everyone to get active and get healthy by taking advantage of the great Healthy Lifestyle opportunities that Florida has to offer. For the entire month of February, Florida State Parks has joined the Department of Health for events and programs.

At Myakka free entry will be given if you participate in the Moon Over Myakka Bike or Kayak trips. You could also join the guided walks or Sunday

beginning birding programs.

Make Myakka your place to take in a few miles on your bike or a paddle downstream.
