The five palm log cabins were built in the 1930's by the men of the Civilian Conservation Corps. They have been modernized for comfortable lodging. Cabins contain linens, light thermal blankets, kitchen utensils, coffee pot and microwave oven.

Maximum occupancy is 6 persons. Rental deposit required.

If you are unable to reserve cabins on the days you need, Venice Campground is a private campground on the Myakka River, south of Sarasota, that offers camping and cabins. Florida State Parks offer cabins at other state parks.
